Kongreye pasif katılımcı olarak tüm üniversite öğrencileri katılabilirler, aktif katılımcı olarak sadece Tıp Fakültesi öğrencileri kabul edilecektir. All university students may attend the conference as passive participants, however, only medicine students will be accepted as active participants.

Medilive'23 e kaydolmak için sitemizdeki kayıt formunu doldurmanız gerekmektedir. Kayıt formuna buraya tıklayarak ulaşabilirsiniz. Kayıt formunu doldurduktan sonra mail adresinize ulaşan ödeme yönlendirmelerini takip ederek ödemelerinizi 3 iş günü içerisinde tamamlamanız gerekmektedir. Ödemeniz tamamlandığında kaydınız onaylanacaktır. To register for the Medilive’23, you must fill out the registration form on our website. You can find the registration form from here. After completing the registration form, you must complete your payments within 3 working days by following the payment instructions that reach your e-mail address. Your registration will be confirmed when your payment is complete.

Pasif Katılımcı: konferans ve panellere dinleyici olarak katılıp atölyelerimizde faaliyetlerde bulunabileceklerdir. Aktif Katılımcı: Kongreye bilimsel bildirileri ile başvurmuş ve kabul edilmiş ve kongremizde sunum yapacak olan katılımcılarımızdır. Passive participant: The participants who will be able to attend conferences and panels as listeners and take part in activities in our workshops. Active participant: The participants who have applied and been accepted to the congresses with their scientific papers and will make presentations at our congress.

Kongremizin sunum dili Türkçedir. Our congress will be presented in Turkish language.

Ulusal ve uluslararası tüm tıp fakültelerinde öğrenim gören tıp öğrencileri Medilive'23 e bildiri gönderiminde bulunabilir. Medical students studying in all national and international medical faculties can submit papers to Medilive'23. You can reach the file about active participation by clicking here. Kongremiz ücretlidir. Kongre katılım ücretlerine Kayıt Formunda program seçimi kısmından ulaşabilirsiniz. Our congress is paid. You can find the congress participation fees in the program selection section of the Registration Form.

Bildiri sunma şartı yoktur. Dinleyici olarak katılabilirsiniz. There is no requirement to submit a paper. You can join as a listener.

Kongre kayıtlarımız 22 Ağustos Salı günü açılacaktır. Kontenjanları program akışı sayfamızdan takip edebilirsiniz. Ödemeler banka Havale/EFT olarak kabul edilmektedir. Ödeme bilgileri kayıt formunu dolduran katılımcılarımıza mail üzerinden paylaşılmaktadır. Congress registration will open on Thursday, August 22. You can follow the quotas on our program flow page. Payments are accepted as bank transfer/EFT. Payment information is shared via e-mail to our participants who fill out the registration form.

Kongremize izleyici olarak katılmanız için kayıt yaptırmanız gerekmektedir. To attend our congress as a spectator, you must register.

Kongremizde yer alan oturumların %75'ine katılım sağladığınız takdirde katılım belgesi alabilirsiniz. Ayrıca kongremizde düzenlenecek atölyelerin bazılarında atölye başarıyla tamamlandığında yeterlilik sertifikası verilecektir. If you attend 75% of the sessions in our congress, you can get a certificate of participation. In addition, in some of the workshops to be organized at our congress, a certificate of competence will be given when the workshop is successfully completed.

Bilimsel program dahilindeki sunumları, atölyelerimizi, eğer seçerseniz gala yemeğimizi ve sosyal programı, kongre süresince sunulacak ikramları ve sürpriz hediyeleri kapsamaktadır. It includes the presentations within the scientific program, our workshops, our gala dinner, and social program if you choose, refreshments to be offered during the congress, and surprise gifts.

Üzerinde ask me / bana sor yazılı tişörtler giyen organizasyon ekibi üyelerine danışabilirsiniz. You can consult with the members of the organization team who wear T-shirts with the inscription “ask me/ bana sor”.

QR kodunuza da işlenecek olan kongre programında oturumların saatleri, molalarınız, gireceğiniz oturumlardaki hoca bilgileri ve atölyelerimizin saatleri hakkındaki bilgilere ulaşacaksınız. -In the congress program, which will also be entered in your QR code, you will find information about the hours of the sessions, your breaks, the information of the lecturer in the sessions you will enter and the hours of our workshops.
